In Home Support
We want to help you live independently in your own home for as long as possible. Our professional team of care managers works in tandem with a network of service providers to offer you a variety of preventive and life enhancing services. The In Home Support Program provides short-term, in-home assistance to adults age 60 and over who are temporarily homebound. Services provided include case management, short-term personal care, home delivered meals, homemaker services, home adaptations/equipment, emergency response system, emergency home repair and medical transportation.
