The school features a child centered classroom experience that is interspersed with school-wide themes such as safety, sharing, holiday celebrations and community service. Supplimentenitng your child's academic development, the school also provides weekly enrichment activities that include group swim lessons, music classes, physical education and learning about nutrition.

2 Year Olds Full & Part-time Options
Gross motor skills are learned with a focus on developing eye hand coordination through progressive play and experiential learning. Experiential learning includes opportunities for children to learn basic colors and shapes as well as begin to name everyday objects. Our teachers lay the academic foundation for your child's development and encourage each student to be independent while building appropriate relationships with other children and teachers.

Growth and Academic Preparation
3 Year Olds Full & Part-time Options
Children engage in process oriented learning and through interactive play, learn to recognize social cues. Classroom academics are designed to increase verbal and language arts skills, with a focus on learning new words everyday. Children continue to increase their vocabulary and learn to count.

Social Skills and Academic Development

This transitional year will bridge your child's development from experiential learning and skill development to the formal structure of a school day. Learning centers continue your child's development through imagination, creativity, social interaction and planned rotations between academic subjects and specials.

Kindergarten & School Readiness
Five Full Days
Our kindergarten curriculum includes social studies, math, language arts, science, reading readiness and creative arts. Our teachers emphasize academic and social skills necessary for children to succeed in the grades ahead. Teachers engage multiple learning strategies from the individual to groups to the whole classroom when developing lesson plans and opportunities for academic success.

Extended Day
For families who need child care before and after school, we have you covered! Before school children delight in creative art projects, games and group play. After school your child will receives a kosher snack and enjoys dynamic activities such as art, music, games, story time and indoor and outdoor play. Older siblings? Lunch
Don't like preparing lunch daily? Want your child to enjoy a hot lunch every day? Our hot lunch program is your perfect option. Your child can enjoy chicken nuggets, pizza, hot dogs and more with a fruit or vegetable, drink and dessert. It's healthy, it's kosher and the fee is nominal.

EXCITING Summer Day Camp
Be a kid...it's what summer is all about! Our preschool camp is for children 2 years old through entering Kindergarten, and for older siblings camp continues through age 14 years old. The Klein JCC Summer Day Camp remains appropriate to the age and stage of your child's development and is filled with summer fun - weekly themes, swim lessons, arts & crafts, sports and games. Registration for summer camp is separate from registration for the school.

Financial Assistance and Scholarships
While we keep our tuition as low as possible, we recognize that some families may need financial assistance. Generous scholarships are available for our preschool and camp programs and to assist with the cost of membership. To apply, families must request and complete a scholarship application form.
