SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is the nations leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults and addresses the needs of the Medicare eligible population. The Klein JCC is proud to offer SilverSneakers® participants full access to our fitness facilities and priority to select specialized classes designed for the older adult.
SilverSneakers® classes focus on cardiovascular health, muscle strength, balance, coordination and conditioning. These classes are safe, fun and are appropriate for older adults who are unfamiliar with exercise as well as those who are fit and active. Choose from classes like Cardio Circuit, YogaStretch, SilverSplash and more.
Special Membership Rate for SilverSneakers® Participants:
$50/person will upgrade your membership level to SilverSneakers® Plus.
This will enable you to attend special member only programming,
discounts for special events and classes, as well as priority for select
trips and travel programming.
